On July 4, 1998, the day between the Kansas City
& Dallas concerts, Eddie showed up in Chicago at Wrigley Field to sing "Take Me
Out to the Ballgame" during the Cubs/Pirates game at the seventh inning stretch.
He also stuck around for the rest of the inning adding commentary when needed.
He was one of many celebrities who appeared during the season as a tribute to Harry
Carey, the Cubs announcer who had died recently. These are some video clips of that
day. Sorry about the bad quality...
